History
Our Domaine (100 acres) is located on the sunny
hills of Saint Maurice and Vinsobres villages.
It is the result of four generations of winegrowers.
In 1987, Jean-Claude Valayer and his two sons
Hubert (winemaker) and Denis modernised the winery
of Château de Deurre (XVI century). |

Vinification
Our wine making and aging processes are done by
traditionnal methods.
We hand select all of our grapes on a table before
a long fermentation in stainless steel tanks with
temperature control.
The grapes go by gravity on a conveyer belt in
the press and the wine in a tank under by gravity
too.
All aging and bottling are done in our temperature
control cellars. |
