Presentation
Our family domaine (120 acres) is located on the
sunny hills of Saint Maurice and Vinsobres Villages
in Drôme Provençale and is the résult
of four générations of winegrowers.
In 1987 Hubert Valayer buy and modernised the
caves of Château de Deurre (16 century).
Ours cepages are traditionnels: grenache, syrah,
mourvèdre, carignan and cinsault for the
red and viognier, marsanne, rousanne, clairette
and bourboulenc for the white.
Our wine making start by the selection of the
grapes on a table before a long fermentation in
steinleesteel tank with temperature control. The
grapes go after on a conveyer belt in the press
under and the free run juice in a tank under by
gravity too. All aging are done in our temperature
control cellars. The bottling is made at the Domaine.
Every years are wines are recommended in famous
guides and some of the best French restaurants.
